Rumination can be regarded as one of the most severe problems that can affect our minds. Since continuous pondering and dwelling in the past or future can destroy our mental clarity. Rumination can be characterized as something that is between anxiety and depression since this is a continuous process of going through a definite thought or a problem without finding a solution for it. The constant repetition of one and the same thought may lead to unreasonable anxiety, and even may cause depression. By letting thoughts repeat constantly in one's mind, the person becomes engaged in a long-term process which can be described as a vicious circle.
Therefore, the purpose of this work is to encourage people to overcome this problem that affects their lives highly and at the same time to provide them with the most effective solutions that will help them gain meaning in their life.
